The Santee Firefighter Association is honored to work with the Williams family in establishing an annual Scholarship in memory of Rick Williams. Rick was a vital member of our department where he retired as a Fire Captain and contributed countless hours educating our community on fire prevention through our LAFS program. Rick helped raised thousands of dollars to cancer research through various programs and events. Captain Williams is truly missed. With the help of of the Williams family we are now offering an annual scholarship to any child of a current or retired San Diego County firefighter.

This year's scholarship application deadline is tomorrow, May 19th, by 10pm PST.  If you know anyone who would be interested please share.
